We congratulate Dr Anupama Hegde on her successful doctorate.

She successfully defended her dissertation at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg with the topic "Radio Resource Allocation in Cellular V2X: From Rule Based to Reinforcement Learning Based Approaches".
